easter eggs.

Easter is not about eggs. or bunnies. or Easter grass. or baskets or bows or fancy hats and dresses. Easter is celebrating the RISEN LORD, our Savior. but i must admit i am a bit sad that this is the first year - ever - that my family has not colored eggs together. even nanny and grandad usually partake in the egg dying. yes, i am 29 and my sister is 25 BUT it's still super fun and artsy to color eggs! no matter how old you are! and they make for beautiful center pieces in baskets for Easter dinner! sorry mom, you'll have to resort to flowers or something for center pieces this year! dana and steve are away in Peru for steve's birthday present enjoying Llamas and other things.

so for this year, we'll have to enjoy memories from eggs past...
